The convenient location and quiet surroundings were a plus, but the room had mold stains on the curtains and issues with the AC. The check-in process was delayed due to a clogged toilet, thin walls, and loud parties. Despite the setbacks, the clean room with new towels and comfy bed made the stay slightly more enjoyable.

My recent stay was a mixed bag. LOVED the very friendly staff, but disappointed with limited breakfast. Not too keen on staying there again. Photos make it look better than reality.

We liked the hotel and Elmsford, had 1 restful day there. The room was big and incredible, it had TV set, a refrigerator and a coffee maker.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, nonetheless everything was good. The staff was efficient and highly courteous, liked to deal with them all. The vibe here was family.
